Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. recently completed the sale of a 9,000 square foot Mount Kisco retail building located at 92 South Moger Avenue. The building was delivered vacant, with 150 feet of prime ground floor retail frontage on South Moger, one of the primary retail streets in the downtown shopping district.
The property is next to the Metro North train station, near a large municipal parking lot.
The property was sold to an affiliate of the Vorea Group, a real estate development company based in Long Island City. Once work is completed, the space will be occupied by MAST Chocolate, which will be making and selling organic chocolate, from scratch, at the premises.

Beyond organic chocolate, MAST also expects to sell related products such as coffee, tea, flour, sugar, oats, sea salts, herbs & spices, aprons, ceramic containers, tote bags, books, woven baskets, linens and kitchen supplies.
MAST plans to host special events, community outreach, public tours, guest chef dinners, charity fundraisers and education programs
