Ibiza Tapas, a Spanish restaurant, will be opening a new location at 76 King Street in Chappaqua, in the space previously occupied by Chappaqua Tavern.

 

 

Located on the south side of King Street between Greeley Avenue and Senter Drive, Ibiza will be adjacent to long-time Chappaqua retailer, Family Britches.

Ignacio Blanco, chef and partner in the restaurant, has an additional Ibiza Tapas location in Danbury.

Both the landlord and tenant in this lease transaction were represented by Joan Simon of Admiral Real Estate Services Corp.
