This will be Whole Hog Cafe’s 17th location, which is expected to open in late fall 2019. Whole Hog also operates restaurants in New Jersey, Missouri, Arkansas and New Mexico.

According to lore, the Cafe evolved from “a hobby that got out of hand”, after a trio of friends in Arkansas won 2nd place in a World Championship Barbeque Contest in Memphis. From this, a food truck was started, and then expanded into the Whole Hog Cafe of today.
Whole Hog Cafe will be joining other Central Plaza retailers Barnes & Noble, Party City, Modell’s Sporting Goods, David’s Bridal, Marshalls Shoe Shop, Five Below, IHOP, OshKosh, Carter’s, Foot Locker, Uno Pizzeria, Bank of America, GNC and McDonald’s.
