New Bronxville Retail
Admiral Real Estate has completed leases with three new Bronxville retailers, all opening in 2018:
One Love Foundation, an organization created to fight domestic violence, opened their first retail location at 46 Pondfield Road.
Found Herbal, a clinical herbal practice and natural remedy apothecary, opened at 118 Kraft Avenue in October.
Love My Shoes, in business since 1994, opened their 2nd location at 65 Pondfield Road this October. The store carries both women’s and men’s shoes & accessories.
Jonathan Gordon of Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. represented the landlords in each of these transactions. Haryn Intner of Admiral Real Estate represented the tenants.
Quite a few existing Bronxville retailers have also recently renewed their leases, including Bronxville Running Company, harry: a Rothman’s Project, Adrian East’s designer clothes for children, Bronxville Furriers and Station Plaza Wine & Spirits.
