Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. and Goldschmidt & Associates recently completed the sale of the property and building at 233-265 South Highland Avenue in Briarcliff Manor. The sale consisted of multiple lots, including both the former Landmark Diner, which has since been razed, and an existing office building.
The sites were purchased by Edward Glackin, principal of Black Diamond Equity LLC, for redevelopment as a new 7-Eleven gas station and convenience store and as a Taco Bell restaurant. The Taco Bell will be operated by the Kai Restaurant Group. Permits have been issued and work began on April 8, 2022.
