Root & Vine and New Restaurants

Admiral Real Estate has brought two new restaurants (and a juicer) to Bronxville, NY and Fleetwood, NY:

A new fast-casual Greek restaurant, run be a local restaurateur (with restaurants in Scarsdale and NYC), will be opening in Summer 2018 at 116 Pondfield Road in Bronxville, New York, a 3,000 sq. ft. space previously occupied by Savanna at Home.

In neighboring Fleetwood, the Fleetwood Diner will be re-opening under new ownership at the corner of Grand Street and Gramatan Avenue.  Near the Fleetwood Metro-North station, bus stops and municipal parking, the Diner will also be one block from an approved 18-story, $85 million, 249-unit residential complex.

In addition, a new fresh juice and smoothie store called Root & Vine will be opening soon at 6 Cedar Street in Bronxville, near ACME supermarket and purebarre Bronxville.
