SCARSDALE, New York, November 7, 2007 – New York Sports & Spinal will be opening a new location at 7 Popham Road, the first new office building constructed in downtown Scarsdale in 50 years.
Laurence London of Goldschmidt & Associates represented New York Sports & Spinal in the transaction. The owner was represented by Jon Gordon of Admiral Real Estate Services Corp., the building’s exclusive leasing agent.
New York Sports & Spinal’s new location will be one of only a few physical therapy locations in lower Westchester. Their focus will be on sports related injuries, especially those involving the back.
