The properties are centrally located on Pondfield Road, the main shopping strip in Bronxville’s Central Business District. Tenants include Verizon, Apple Bank, New York-Presbyterian and Bespoke Education.
Commercial building sales are rare in Bronxville, as there are a limited number of commercial property owners in the Village and most are long-term investors. In this case, the sellers’ family had owned the property for over 40 years before deciding to put the buildings on the market.
