NEW YORK, New York, March 3, 2008  – Urban American has named Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. as exclusive leasing agent for 7,000+ square feet of retail space at Madison Avenue and 110th Street.


In addition to 7,000+ square feet of ground floor retail, a further 3,000+ square feet of below grade space is available.  The building has a full block of frontage along the west side of Madison Avenue, as well as frontage on both 110th and 111th Streets.  The landlord plans to provide new and modernized storefronts as part of its fenestration replacement for the building, and may be able to divide the space into two stores, each with a corner location on Madison.
