Admiral Real Estate Services Corp. is pleased to announce a new Yorktown retail lease. Level Fitness will be opening a new location in the Staples Plaza on Route 202 in Yorktown Heights, NY.
With 25,000 square feet, Level Fitness will have three separate studios and three different levels of membership. The club expects to open its doors in January 2019.

In addition to cutting-edge fitness equipment and a full line of free weights, Level Fitness will offer personal training, sauna salt room, hydro massage, small group classes, cycling, and unlimited guest privileges.
Current tenants at Staples Plaza include shadow anchor BJ’s, Party City, A.C. Moore, Pet Supplies Plus, Staples, Dr. Express Urgent Care, Windowrama, Subway and Dunkin Donuts.
